What are my payment options?

We currently take card payments via Visa and Mastercard or PayPal.

 

When will I receive my order?

After you have placed your order, it will be despatched within 2 working days. Items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, and will normally arrive within 1-3 working days.

 

How will I know if my order is on the way?

You will receive an automated email once you have placed your order, and another when it is on its way. Alternatively, you can log-in to your account and view the status of your order there.

 

What if I want to cancel or amend my order before it is despatched?

You can log in to your account and amend/cancel it there. Alternatively, give us a call on +44 (0) 7741452280 or drop us a line at admin@raspberryplum.com

 

What if I want to return an item?

You are able to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in the original, unworn/unused condition. You are entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund, minus the original postage cost.

To return an item, send it back to the address bellow in a plastic mailing bag (ideally the one you received the item in) using ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR service. Please keep hold of your proof of postage. Once we have received the item back, your refund will be processed within 2 working days of the item being received by us. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
