Returns & Refunds Policy

 

You may want to return or change some of the items in your order. Do not worry, we understand this, and we’ve made the process as simple as possible for you.

We would like to inform you that you only have 30 days to return any item to RaspberryPlum for a refund, exchange or a credit note after you have received your order.

If it is impossible for you to return the items within the specified times frame (e.g. You are on a holiday), please let us know and we will make a more suitable alternative arrangement for you.

Conditions for returns or exchanges:

All item returned should be sent to us in its original packaging with tags attached and unused.

Please be advised that RaspberryPlum EU cannot accept clothes or accessories that have been worn by our customers. If the product is sent to us in an unsuitable condition (e.g. worn, damaged, stained) we will send back the product and all cost will be shouldered by the end user.

Returns process and address:

To make a return, you need to:

– Email us at admin@raspberryplum.com and we will send you back a claims form that you need to fill out and sent back to us.

– Kindly make sure that all contact details such as phone numbers, emails and home addresses are properly filled out in the claims form.

– Please make sure to include the original receipt

– Kindly pack each item carefully, this includes the manufacturer’s tags and the original boxes, and also use the original mailing bag sent to you with your order

– Please send your returns to our office in Slovenia:

Slovenian returns:

If you decide to return your item for a refund, please use the original mailing bag and return the item via use of a Signed for Service and keep hold of your Proof of Postage. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the price of the product less the original postage costs.

Please note that RaspberryPlum EU cannot be held responsible for items not reaching our office. All returned products are the responsibility of our customers until such time that it arrives in our office safely.

Overseas returns:

Please take note that for overseas return we are still following the above mentioned guidelines. If you wish to return an item, you can return it to the listed office address above.

You can send back the product by postal service or by courier or which ever suitable means to safely transport the products. As much as we would like to help in shouldering the shipping fees, we are not currently able to offer free postage on overseas returns. All shipping returns will be covered by customers.

If you are sending the returns from a country outside the EU, please label the box “Returned, Unwanted Merchandise” to avoid import duties.

Please note that RaspberryPlum EU cannot be held responsible for items not reaching our office. The unwanted item is the responsibility of the buyer until the item safely arrives in our office in Slovenia.

Refunds:

Please take note that refunds will be credit the original purchaser’s card for the amount that was paid, less postage costs.

All request for refunds will be processed within 28 days upon receipt of your returned package.

Exchanges and credit notes:

Please take note that our products can be exchanged if the clothing did not fit your child. We can send you the same item or you can choose a different design as a replacement product. If the new item cost more than the returned item, the difference shall be covered by the customer.

All postage cost for the exchanged items shall be shouldered by our customers and this will be added to the bill for the exchange.

As an option, we can provide customers with a credit note which can be used at RaspberryPlum.com at any time within the next three months.

Gift returns:

If you have received RaspberryPlum EU products as a gift, you can exchange them for other products or a credit note.

If chosen new item is more expensive than the once being sent back, the difference shall be carried out by the customer. Please note that the customer will also need to expedite the postage cost for exchange.

Kindly take note the gifts are non-refundable, unless payment is refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Lost, faulty or damaged items:

In case the order is lost in transit while it is on its way to the customer, kindly contact us within 28 days of placing the order. We will do our best contact the courier company to trace your package.

In the unlikely event that an item in your order is faulty or damaged, kindly contact us immediately and we will replace the order and all cost will be shouldered by RaspberryPlum EU.
